Stellar Somatics

Stellar Somatics is an embodied practice of breath, sounding, movement, rest, and reflective writing for those seeking to deepen their relationship with their own rhythm, timing, and voice.

Using the astronomical natal chart, present transits, and what is most alive in the moment as guides, we listen for how these patterns are being felt, lived, and understood through the body.

From there, we shape a simple practice you can return to in daily life — as a brief check-in or as a fuller period of attunement.
